It’s a simple but lovely concept to our pottery brunch and is open to anyone whether they’ve tried pottery before or not.

It’s an awesome reason to bring people together, to connect and create without preconceptions or judgement.

Using soft flat slabs of clay and wooden press moulds we will make an olive and pitt dish, decorate it with coloured slips ready for Jane to raw glaze it later with a glossy transparent glaze that will intensify the colours and make it fully functional.

 And… we will enjoy the most lovely three course vegetarian meal afterwards prepared fresh by Beth, the wonderful Free Range Chef in our lovely event space here at Lancefield Studios where she will happily ramble on about recipes and cooking tips whilst serving your food.

All work will be fired and ready to collect a couple of weeks later or we can arrange postage. 

£115 price includes all materials, tuition, firing, tea and coffee, and a two course vegetarian meal
